Juvederm Vollure XC Injections in Miami Beach, FL
Everybody loves to laugh, but not everybody loves laugh lines. Technically called nasolabial folds and also referred to as “smile lines” or “parentheses lines”, these wrinkles can create an off-putting appearance of tiredness or crankiness. If you’re sick of being asked what’s wrong when the answer is “nothing; it’s just my laugh lines”, then you might be interested in Juvederm Vollure XC injections.
Vollure injections are minimally invasive and can reduce the appearance of laugh lines for up to 18 months. To learn more about Vollure and find a provider in Miami Beach, call (954) 248-3611 or contact Genesis Health Institute online.
What is Juvederm Vollure XC?
Juvederm Vollure XC is one of the longest-lasting dermal fillers on the market. It is primarily used for nasolabial folds (laugh lines/smile lines/parentheses lines), but it can also be used for lips and tear troughs. It uses Vycross technology, which blends hyaluronic acid molecules of different sizes to enhance the bonding between the molecules, to achieve those long-lasting results. The gel is injected into the area between the upper lip and cheek to smooth the wrinkles that tend to appear there after years of talking, smiling, and laughing. Vollure filler has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and is approved for use in patients 21 years of age or older.
Vollure vs Volbella vs Voluma
Volbella, Voluma, and Vollure are all created by the company Juvederm and are made from hyaluronic acid molecules. Due to the similarity of their names, it can be easy to confuse one with the other. The key to differentiating between the three involves understanding both the unique properties of each gel and which gel is ideal for a given cosmetic procedure.
- Vollure gel is a blend of hyaluronic acids, a natural substance found in our bodies. It is less thick than Voluma, but thicker than Volbella; a “happy medium” between the two. It is excellent for smoothing moderate to severe laugh lines. It is the newest addition to the Juvederm family of dermal fillers.
- Volbella is smoother than other dermal fillers, which is why it is able to make your lips feel soft. The gel is also thin, making it easily able to spread and fill fine lip lines and smooth the delicate areas under the eyes. It is the most thin and spreadable of Juvederm’s dermal filler gels.
- Voluma is different from Volbella and Vollure because Voluma is a thicker and stronger gel that is perfect for adding volume to the cheeks.
Talk with your healthcare provider about your cosmetic goals to help decide which of the three is right for you.
Juvederm Vollure XC: Before and After
Many people who have received Vollure injections have happily reported noticeable reductions in laugh lines, and many of those who used Vollure for tear troughs or lip augmentation have also been satisfied. Since Vollure is designed for smoothing of moderate to severe laugh lines, patients who initially had deep lines running from the corners of their lips to their noses may see that area almost entirely smooth in the mirror after Vollure injections.
Vollure XC Results
Vollure XC reliably smooths out laugh lines and other wrinkles for which it might be used. In clinical trials, 82% of patients were satisfied with the results after 6 months and 68% were still satisfied after 8 months. 59% of patients saw the results of Vollure injections last for 18 months.
Juvederm Vollure XC Cost
The cost of Juvederm Vollure XC can vary depending on your location and healthcare provider, but you can expect one syringe of Vollure to cost between $700 and $1000. (Two syringes are usually sufficient for the treatment.)
